A Workplace in Motion was inspired by the fluidity of a river, reflecting an ever-changing balance—sometimes still, sometimes flowing—mirroring the dynamic nature of life and creativity. The design embraces the adaptability of water, challenging traditional workplace norms and fostering innovation, flexibility, and a more open, responsive work culture. Much like water finding its own path, the concept encourages the bending of rules, allowing the space to evolve organically based on the needs of its occupants.
Building on the belief that experience shapes identity, the workplace was designed with the concept of corpitality—a holistic approach that seamlessly integrates physical well-being with productivity needs across all environments. Every detail of the office was thoughtfully curated to foster engagement, ensuring that comfort and well-being are never compromised for functionality. The design emphasizes intuitive layouts, carefully selected materials, and dedicated spaces that enhance both efficiency and employee care. The office experience unfolds through a series of touchpoints, where movement feels natural, boundaries are fluid, and transitions between focused work and collaboration happen effortlessly. Phygital Collaboration: Designed to facilitate seamless interactions, the workspace transcends physical and digital boundaries, offering a plug-and-play scenario. This approach enables effective collaboration in a hybrid work setting, allowing teams to work efficiently regardless of their location.
Community Cultivation: Spanning 50,000 square feet, the office maximizes utility through distinct zones, including a welcoming social hub, a spacious work hall, and a well-appointed cafeteria connected to an expansive terrace that fosters outdoor productivity and engagement. These spaces encourage both focused work and spontaneous collaboration, reinforcing a sense of belonging.
Sustainability: A strong commitment to sustainability is embedded in both the construction and operations of the office. Waste generation during construction has been minimized, and sustainable practices are integrated across various aspects of the design. These include energy-efficient systems, robust indoor air quality management, and the incorporation of green spaces that promote a healthy and environmentally responsible work environment.

At the heart of the space, a bespoke lighting fixture flows gracefully through the room, its organic form fostering a sense of movement and sparking curiosity. This area effortlessly combines the functions of a business lounge, reception, and informal meeting zones, offering an environment that supports both focused discussions and spontaneous collaboration. The café and terrace serve as seamless extensions of the workspace, designed to encourage interaction, collaboration, and respite. By integrating outdoor work areas, relaxation zones, and social hubs, these spaces create a dynamic setting that fosters connection. The incorporation of biophilic design further reinforces well-being and productivity, strengthening the relationship between people and their environment. The meticulously curated terrace allows employees to enjoy Bengaluru’s climate during the day. In the evenings, it transforms into a vibrant venue for sundowners and social interactions, reinforcing a sense of community within the workplace.
The floor layout is designed to be as agile as it is open. With a keen focus on accommodating diverse work styles, the design shifts away from a traditional office setup and embraces a more agile work environment. Featuring 110 workstations and 66 alternative workspaces, the primary work area supports focused individual tasks, collaborative efforts, and agile scrum spaces. It offers varied solutions for both teams and individuals, with multiple alternative work points interspersed throughout to provide choice and control, all furnished in alignment with the organisation’s global standards. RFID-based smart lockers further enhance the dynamic nature of the workplace.
In the pursuit of reimagining collaboration, the meeting spaces are designed for maximum flexibility, integrating advanced technology to facilitate seamless virtual and in-person interactions. Video-enabled capabilities and acoustically optimized designs enhance communication across various formats. The spaces can be combined as needed, with modular furniture layouts that can be reconfigured to accommodate different group sizes and a range of activities. Whether for structured presentations, collaborative discussions, or informal team meetings, these adaptable environments support a dynamic and efficient workplace.
