IFF, a century-old pioneer in flavors, fragrances, and biosciences, envisioned a GBS hub rooted in sensory purpose. We at Zyeta translated this into a 75,000 sq ft immersive ‘sensescape’, a spatial journey designed to be lived, felt, and discovered by 600+ people.

We at Zyeta embraced the concept of ‘Magnetic Metamorphosis,’ transforming this workplace into a hub that challenges limits and embodies a visionary design narrative.

You step inside and something shifts before you can name it. A monumental green wall rises ahead, living, layered, and quietly commanding. It anchors reception and the café as the social heart of the workplace, drawing your eye upward and setting a tone of calm, considered intention that carries through everything beyond.
That energy flows without interruption into the café, Its warmth magnetic and entirely unhurried. A curved counter, social seating, and the company’s purpose written boldly across the wall [make this the cultural center of gravity for everything that surrounds it. On one side, a staircase rises, its cobalt blue handrails catching your eye and pulling your curiosity irresistibly upward.
You ascend and the world opens. The staircase delivers you into a floor that feels entirely distinct from what came before, generous in scale, layered in character, and alive with possibility. From this arrival point, the ‘sensescape’ unfolds in every direction, and you understand instinctively that what lies ahead was designed not just to be used but to be discovered.
Around the staircase landing, collaborative zones radiate with openness and intent. High work counters face the city through floor-to-ceiling glazing, informal lounge clusters invite spontaneous exchange, and planter boxes define territory without enclosing it.
Moving deeper, the workplace reveals its most operationally intelligent gesture. Configurable spaces shift from intimate team huddles to large training rooms, boardroom configurations, and full-floor event settings, all through considered design rather than compromise. Movable walls, adaptable furniture, and dual AV screens ensure every configuration performs with equal conviction, making occupancy as fluid and responsive as the work itself.
The Experience Centre brings the organization’s global portfolio of fragrances, flavors, and bioscience innovations into direct encounter. Whereas the training rooms designed for learning and innovation seat full cohorts with clarity, dual screens ensuring every participant stay equally connected to the session at hand. Together they prepare you, and the quieter, more restorative spaces ahead receive you.
From that stillness, the café floor arrives as a moment of full and deliberate release. Panoramic city views open on all sides, a wave-form teal acoustic baffle ripples across the ceiling above, and orange and teal chairs animate communal tables with color and life. This is where the workday exhales, where informal connection is not incidental to the culture of this place but its very foundation.
The IFF GBS Centre does not ask you to adapt to it. From the first step to the quietest corner, every decision was made in service of the people who inhabit it, a workplace where science, sensation, and spatial generosity converge into something that simply feels right.
