The latest office of India’s fastest growing unicorn marks its largest workspace to date, and reflects a sense of scope and variety; alongside a spirit of wellness and sanctity
The workspace, which primarily houses the B2B trade platform giant’s backend / customer support forms a vital part of the company’s operations. The design reflects not only creativity and boldness in appearance, but also a logical aura of wellness around its multiple batches of employees, who work throughout a 24/7 cycle.
Thematically, each floor represents a different aspect of the central theme–’Udaan City’–and carries its own look and feel. These include: ‘The Park’, ‘Commercial Districts’,’Culture’,’Transit’ and ‘The Garage’. This boldness ensures that the visual milieu always remain vibrant throughout.
Extreme consideration is also paid to ensure that the company’s 1700 employees always get their space the need. Other elements like internal relaxation zones, informal seating and booth seats are also present to ensure employee recuperation. Overall, the design remains geared towards the happiness and satisfaction of their employees.
