The Human-centric Design of the IT Giant is Geared towards Helping Build a Culture that Empowers Its Employees
The workspace design was developed with the idea of natural light signifying a dominant presence in the framework of the open workspace. A healthy, evenly-distributed supply helps inculcate an aura that makes employees think, feel and be more creative, alongside creating a vibe of accommodation.
Designated workspaces mix well with ODC’s (Offshore Dedicated Centres), which give offshore employees their own designated space within the floor. Regular employees also receive ‘hot desking spaces’ that allow them to group together, share ideas and engage in daily social activities.
The open workspaces in themselves, offer clean and elegant finishes. Their clean, spacious and segmented nature boost employee engagement. The design palette in itself is carefully constructed by using affordable materials like chipboard, wooden flooring, exposed brick, concrete surface and metal box sections with planters. The metallic colors contrast nicely with the chipboards and gave the workspace a sobering vibe. This contemporary design excellence reflects the company’s forward-thinking identity and inculcates creativity.
